Estimates & pricing

Online estimates are based on our published rates and the information you provide. Your firm price is confirmed from photos or on site before work begins. If the actual job differs from the description, we’ll give you a revised price for approval before continuing.

Scheduling & cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations after a crew is dispatched may incur a trip fee, which is shown on your confirmation.

Items we can’t accept

Hazardous materials including liquid paint, fuels, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical sharps and biohazards (outside of our packaged medical courier service), ammunition, and anything prohibited by law or landfill rules.

Dumpster rentals

The renter is responsible for placement permits on public property, prohibited materials, and weight above the included allowance, which is billed at the posted per-ton rate.

Moving & freight

Moving services are provided under our Florida mover registration and interstate authority where applicable. Liability coverage options are described in your written estimate and bill of lading. Freight is subject to the terms in your rate confirmation or bill of lading.

Promotions & referrals

Promo codes apply to new customers’ first job, one per household, can’t be combined, and have no cash value. Referral credits and partner payouts are issued after the referred job is completed and paid.

Limitation of liability

We take care with every job. Our liability for damage is limited to the coverage described in your estimate, except where prohibited by law. Please report any damage within 48 hours.
